Dyer Technology offers a variety of services including emergency and non-emergency on-site service, customized engineering, assembly services,training and more.

Onsite service:

We are available 24 hours a day for emergency calls and onsite service. We offer complete support on products and systems we sell and provide programming and diagnostic support for many other systems. We provide support throughout the continental US. If you're down and need help, call 1-800-370-DYER(3937). If your need is not an emergency, call us to arrange an onsite visit during regular business hours which are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5 PM Eastern time.
 

Customized Engineering:

  • 3-Dimensional software modeling and drawings of customized control panels and components
  • We work with your specifications and drawings or help you develop drawings and specifications based on project requirements
  • Specialized mechanical components, printed circuit boards and cables

Assembly Services:

  • Panel and sub-component assembly--tested and shipped ready for installation
  • Rail building with markers
  • Custom cable assembly, testing and labeling

Vendor Managed Inventory:

  • Never run out of critical components due to inventory mistakes
  • Avoid overstock, overhead and headaches associated with in-house inventory control
  • Reduce labor and clerical costs associated with "part counting" and ordering

Training:

  • PLC programming (DirectSoft5 or CLICK PLC) in either a general format or customized to your project requirements
  • Citect SCADA basic and advanced programming classes
  • Specialized training for any of our product lines is available upon request
