| DirectSOFT® Programming System: This 2-day course covers DirectSOFT in depth starting with a Quick Start Introduction. The course stresses the fundamentals of Automation Direct's PLC hardware, operation and Relay Ladder Logic programming techniques. It introduces computer concepts such as Boolean Logic, Number Systems and Addressing. Review of Timers and Counters, Accumulator and Math Instructions and continues with One Shots, Shift Registers, Master Control Relays, Analog Inputs and Scaling, Subroutines, And Interrupts. The course also covers Online/OffLine program editing, documentation, monitoring, and debugging techniques. Prerequisite: This course is for technicians who have a little general knowledge of PLCs, and some Windows computer knowledge. |
